A Wichita Falls native, Merredith brings nearly two decades of real estate experience and a deep-rooted knowledge of the local market. She earned her degree in Business Management from Midwestern State University, where she also began her career working at a local real estate brokerage. In 2006, she officially became a licensed Realtor and has been helping clients buy and sell homes with confidence ever since.

Known for her integrity, professionalism, and dedication, Merredith always puts her clients' needs first. With 19 years in the business, she understands how to guide transactions smoothly from start to finish, making her a trusted partner in any real estate journey.

Merredith and her husband, Dustin—a firefighter with the Wichita Falls Fire Department—stay busy with their two wonderful kids: Reagan, their sweet daughter, and Gavin, their energetic 7-year-old son. In her free time, Merredith enjoys reading, playing tennis and taking family trips to New Mexico to soak in the scenery and enjoy the great outdoors.
